A car has rolled over on Interstate 295 in the southbound lane near the Maine Mall in South Portland.

A dispatcher for the Maine State Police says emergency medical responders from Portland have responded to the scene, but did not say whether anyone was hurt in the accident.

State Police say the accident, combined with construction on the turnpike, has caused traffic to be backed up to the Congress Street exit.
