8/22 A 15-year-old girl from Cape Elizabeth was arrested by Officer Mark Dorval on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

8/18 at 11:33 p.m. Meghan Harrington, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

8/21 at at 12:40 a.m. Bailey Dittrich, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of illegal transportation of alcohol and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drive by

8/21 Police met with a resident of the Spurwink Avenue area who reported that during the night, someone drove into a field, damaging irrigation pipes and standing crops.
