Inline skaters, bicyclists and others take to the street on Sunday, Aug. 8, during the Back Cove Neighborhood Association’s third Back Cove Block Party. Baxter Boulevard was closed to traffic for the event from Vannah Avenue to Payson Park, giving participants the opportunity to enjoy the area without cars and trucks.
