Flames billowed from a second story of the rectory at the former Methodist Church at 19 Bodwell St. in Sanford Tuesday. It was he second fire at the vacant property within the month. A number of departments from around the region assisted Sanford Fire Department in fighting the blaze and keeping it from spreading to nearby dwellings in the neighborhood.
