A Naples man faces charges of driving drunk, criminal speed and aggravated reckless conduct following a crash Sunday night on Mayberry Hill Road in Casco.

Residents spotted a car driving recklessly at 10 p.m. and called the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

When a deputy arrived, he found the car crashed into a tree. Daniel Flick, 52, was arrested and his passenger, Bruce Worrey, 50, of Windham was taken to Maine Medical Center with a severe leg injury.

Flick also was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly kicked out the window of the cruiser that was taking him to Cumberland County Jail.
