Cape Elizabeth wins Class B boys’ lacrosse state title

PORTLAND—Cape Elizabeth ended Yarmouth’s two-year reign as state champions Saturday afternoon at Fitzpatrick Stadium.  All-American Tom Foden scored three goals as the Capers held off the Clippers for a 7-6 win.  It’s Cape’s first lacrosse title since 2001.
