YARMOUTH — The Yarmouth Children’s Garden enters its fourth season with a celebration scheduled for Saturday, June 26, from 10 a.m. to noon.
The event will begin with a parade around a portion of the three-acre garden on East Main Street, about a mile beyond Estabrook’s and just before the Transfer Station. The Start of the Season Celebration will include scarecrow building and face painting and children can help plant a “Yellow Brick Road” of marigolds along the garden path.
In addition, space is still available in the Garden Explorers program for children ages 6-9. Interested parents can sign their children up online through Yarmouth Community Services.
