Scrumhalf Ian Keith, of Portland High, breaks the tackle attempt of Upper Valley, New Hampshire’s Thorn Chhloeum, as Steve Teng and Tomas Callan look to support, during the Portland boys’ U-19 rugby club’s 43-5 victory Saturday. Keith scored three tries as the “Power Pigs” upped their conference record to 3-0. Portland started early when wing Ed Beaulieu (Cheverus) scored and Francisco Marques (Greely) converted. Keith scored and Marques again converted to make it 14-0. Wing Chase Rochon (Greely) and flanker Henry MacVane (Portland) notched tries and Marques hit two more conversions for a 28-0 lead. Upper Valley made it 28-5 just before the half, but in the second half, Beaulieu scored again and Keith added two more tries.
