Exercise update

Jenn Tringali has for the time being moved her Wednesday Night cardio-kickbox class to Bridgton Academy. There is no longer a Monday night exercise class. Zumba is alive and kicking on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 p.m. However, there will be no Zumba on Tuesday, March 16, or Thursday, March 18. The first class is free, so come out and get some exercise and have some fun in the process!
