1/15 at 8:02 p.m. Jeffrey England, 57, of Yankee Drive, was arrested by Officer Bruce Flanders on charges of criminal operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

1/16 at 9:27 a.m. Kelly A. Mulvany, 33, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Charles Perkins on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.
