12/1 at 2:21 p.m. Peter L. Fullerton, 57 of Bath was arrested on 295 North by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/1 at 5:53 p.m. Shane Robin Clarke, 21, of Curtis Road, was arrested by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of violating protective order.

12/3 at 2:42 p.m. A 17-year-old Freeport boy was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/3 at 2:42 p.m. Seth P. Baker, 18, of Goldrup Lane was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Joy ride

11/30 at 9:26 a.m. A concerned caller informed police of an underaged driver on Winston Hill Road. An officer contacted the young driver’s parents and the situation was resolved.

Pre-holiday rage

12/2 at 11:18 a.m. Police received a complaint of road rage on Lower Main Street. The parties involved were moved to the police parking lot where the incident was resolved.
