11/19 at 12:08 a.m. Roxanne Elizabeth Lavigne, 51, of Scott Dyer Road, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of violation of protection from harassment order, violation of conditions of release and misuse of 911.

Summonses

11/21 at 9:21 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of speeding.

Early holiday theft

11/12 at 8:54 p.m. Police were notified of an alleged theft of items from a vehicle on Shore Road. The resident reported several compact disks were stolen from the car.

Winter provisions

11/13 Officers met with residents of the Old House Road area who reported a theft. Several cords of firewood had been removed from the property.

Unnecessary report

11/15 at 11:00 a.m. A resident of the Shore Road area contacted police to report an allegedly stolen vehicle. Later, the vehicle was located, and it was found to have not been stolen.
