11/11 at 3:03 p.m. Richard G. Lachance, 21, of 460 Washington St. Apt. 1, Bath, was arrested at Hannaford on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
11/12 at 4:23 p.m. Brooke Ann Letarte, 28, of 64 Heath Lane, Bath, was arrested on Federal Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.
11/12 at 4:57 p.m. Destiny Mae Oppedisano, 34, of 62 Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Mill Street on a charge of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

Woman charged with OUI, endangering children
11/12 at 4:57 p.m. Police responded to a two-car crash at the Mill Street on-ramp. According to police, a 2002 Ford SUV was merging onto Mill Street when the driver stopped to yield for an ambulance. The SUV was struck from behind by a 1993 Honda sedan driven by Destiny Mae Oppedisano, 34, of 62 Pleasant Hill Road, who was travelling with two 9-year-old children. Police arrived and arrested Oppedisano on a charge of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.
