Arrests

10/20 at 11:34 p.m. Nicholas Preston Suydam, 26, of Cumberland, was arrested by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on charges of criminal operating under the influence and operating without a license.

10/21 at 6 p.m. Elizabeth W. Halloway, 44, of New Gloucester, was arrested by Officer Kevin Pedersen on a charge of illegal attachment of plates.

Summonses

10/22 at 2 p.m. Jonathan D. Clark,  32, of Westbrook, was summonsed on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

10/24 at 7:51 p.m. A 16-year-old girl of Gray was summonsed by Officer Charles E. Perkins on a charge of assault. 

Not Halloween yet

10/21 at 7:59 p.m. A resident of East Main Street contacted police about a person wearing dark clothing and walking down a driveway. Police said the person was coming from or going to an event at the Community Center down the street. 

No (van) parking

10/24 at 1:09 p.m. Business owners on Route 1 contacted police to report a black van parked in the lot. No one was around the van, so police advised owners to contact them again if anything happened.

10/23 at 7:37 p.m. Smoke investigation, Route 1.

10/25 at 7:23 p.m. Alarm, Seaborne Drive.
