10/11 at 4:32 p.m. A male juvenile, 13, was summonsed by Officer Kevin Conger Jr. on a charge of assault.
10/13 at 2:20 p.m. Kelly Mendonca, 26, of Naples, was summonsed by Harbormaster Alan Twombley on a charge of failure to obtain a license within 30 days of residence over 90 days.
10/15 at 10:50 a.m. Caroline Earls, 26, of Inverness Road, Falmouth, was summonsed by Harbormaster Alan Twombley on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.
Sign decline
10/12 at 8:52 a.m. Police said they received nearly a half-dozen reports of campaign signs being destroyed this week. One report involved two campaign signs displayed at a house on Foreside Road that had been spray painted with the word, “no.”
Chair not there
10/13 at 2:55 p.m. Simply Homes on Route 1 reported that a couple of chairs had been stolen from the sale tent in front of the store. The value of the two chairs exceeds $2,000.
Relation frustration
10/13 at 9:38 p.m. Police checked on a vehicle parked at Walton Park on Allen Avenue Extension. Inside were a young couple who said they were “working on relationship issues.” After further investigation, the officer determined the car’s operator was still on a provisional license and could not legally drive with a passenger. The young people were told to call to arrange a ride home.
