8/11 at 12:24 a.m. Joel Rubenstein, 21, of Elm Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on multiple warrants.
8/13 at 1:52 p.m. Laura Bruggers, 60, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a warrant.
8/16 at 1:01 a.m. Alexander Mendez, 21, of Bath Street, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release.
Summonses
8/13 at 7:49 a.m. Andrew Pinkham, 29, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of receiving stolen property.
8/13 at 10:38 a.m. Kathryn Dipietro, 43, of Salem, Mass., was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
Waterfront woes
8/17 at 7:32 a.m. Officer Richard Ross responded to a report of vandalism at Waterfront Park. Such reports have been coming in throughout the summer, and the latest saw a toilet dispenser torn from the wall this weekend, as well as bolts removed from steel rods which connect docks at the park. A fresh water supply line to a dock had been punctured days before, requiring repairs Thursday and Friday morning. Police are searching for leads and request those with information to call the department at 443-5563.

8/10 at 2:17 p.m. False alarm at Dike and Andrews roads.
8/11 at 6:01 p.m. False alarm on Wing Farm Parkway.
8/13 at 8:15 p.m. Stuck elevator at Hillhouse Nursing Home.
8/14 at 4:38 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Route 1.
8/15 at 2:43 p.m. Motor vehicle accident at Holiday Inn and Route 1.
8/15 at 3:01 p.m. False alarm at Bath Iron Works blast building.
