8/4 at 10:38 p.m. Stephen Monaghan, 59, of Eastfield Road, was arrested at his home by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.

8/6 at 5:45 p.m. Lindsey Morin, 21, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/10 at 7:55 p.m. Craig Bradbury, 38, of Park Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Andrew Steindl on a warrant.

Summonses

8/5 at 11:59 p.m. Henry Springer, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Fox Hill Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume.

8/6 at 8:10 a.m. David Register, 20, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road on a charge of possession of a fictitious/fraudulent license.

8/7 at 1:45 a.m. Christopher Fox, 21, of Boulder, Colo., was issued a summons by Officer Gary Davis on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was also issued a speeding ticket.

8/7 at 4:35 p.m. Linda Neff, 58, of Lilburn, Ga., was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating without a license.
