The Freeport-Pownal Little League 10-11 All-Stars recently downed Cumberland-North Yarmouth 1-0 to win the District 6 championship. Freeport-Pownal went undefeated in the tournament, beating Gray-New Gloucester, Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth prior to the title game. Freeport-Pownal advanced to the state tournament.
