Lowdown on loans

The Gray-New Gloucester Business Association’s Breakfast Seminar on Friday, May 22, was held at Spring Meadows Banquet Center on Route 100 in Gray. It was a perfect morning to get up early and enjoy a great breakfast at this lovely golf facility.

Speakers Alden Turner of the SBA, Chris Logan of Androscoggin Bank and Dean Waterman of Key Bank addressed “Credit Lending in Today’s Economy.” They talked of good business financial practices, loans and how to procure them at their individual institutions and other loan opportunities in the area. Some good networking occurred and people generally seemed to have enjoyed themselves.

Thanks to our speakers, Lifetime Auto Care, and Gray-New Gloucester Gazette/MaineHometownNews.com, who graciously sponsored this event, and the hard-working folks at Spring Meadows.
