5/14 at 11:07 p.m. Benjamin M. Carroll, 32, of Portland Street, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, failure to apply for a Maine license within 30 days of residency, speeding 15-19 over the speed limit and evasion of registration fees and excise taxes.

5/15 at 7:32 p.m. Chad M. Meier, 34, of East Main Street, was arrested on charges of obstructing government administration and assault.
