After 10 years as owner of Promiseland Realty LLC of Gray, Debbie Shaw Mancini is moving offices. Mancini will join Janice Selig of Allen & Selig Realty at 1 Walnut Commons of North Yarmouth.

“I am writing to you with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided to close our real estate office. We have enjoyed 10 wonderful years of providing stellar real estate services to our clients and customers at Promiseland Realty, LLC of Gray,” Mancini wrote in a letter to clients. “Please understand that this decision was not made lightly or without thorough insight and prayer to the matter at hand. The time has come for change and with this change comes a new real estate office that I am proud to announce will be my home away from home office.

“I will retain my Broker license status and continue as an independent contractor. Nothing will affect my professional performance and duties. Only the name of the office that I will be affiliated with will change,” Mancini wrote.
