4/6 at 4:57 a.m. Stephen Dreher, 22, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on a warrant.

4/5 at 12:36 a.m. Paul Mellyn, 49, of Main Street, Damariscotta, was arrested by Det. Mark LaFountain on a charge of operating without a license in violation of condition/restriction (Q).

3/30 at 4:58 p.m. David Andres, 41, no town listed, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on a charge of operating after suspension.

Attempted burglary

4/6 at 7:39 a.m. Officer Mark Teceno investigated an attempted burglary at the Williams-Cone Elementary School. A discharged fire extinguisher was found outside the building, and a rear window may have been tampered with, police said, but no entry was gained.
