4/4 at 4:45 p.m. Belinda Parker, 42, of Congress Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Eric Fay on a charge of operating after suspension.
Bottle drive?
4/3 A little before 6 p.m., an officer doing a routine after-hours patrol of the transfer station found a subject going through the recycling bins. The intruder was warned for theft and trespassing.
Parks & Wreck-reation
4/3 Officers met with park rangers at Crescent Beach State Park regarding damage done to the door of a park building. Rangers believe the suspect gained entry to the building, but nothing has been discovered missing at this time. Damage to the door is estimated at $100. The same day, officers met with the Maine Bureau of Parks and Recreation regarding vandalism in local state parks. Recent damage to a park sign was estimated at $300.
