3/21 at 1:30 a.m. Craig Gagnon, 20, of Marginal Way, Portland, was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a Portland warrant charging him with failure to appear on two theft charges.

3/22 at 12:11 a.m. Katherine Flaherty, 53, of Candlebrook Lane, South Portland, was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating under the influence.
