Historians to meet

Gorham Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 9, at the Gorham Savings Bank Operational Center on Gray Road (Route) 202. The program will be about a world-recognized historical figure whose family had roots in Gorham. Trash pickup

Because of the snowstorm, rubbish collection scheduled for Monday, March 2, in Gorham was postponed to Friday, March 6.

The Bureau of Public Debt reported on Feb. 26 that the U.S. public debt was $10,881,159,722,022.36.
