FREEPORT — Stella Taylor, 92, formerly of Brunswick, died Jan. 4 at the Freeport Nursing Home.
She was born May 21, 1916 in Ipswich, Mass., the oldest of five children to Laura and Kostas Vanikiotis.
On Jan. 12, 1945, she married Daniel Taylor.
She loved good conversation and being with friends and family. She was dearly loved by her extended family.
The last five years of her life were spent in Maine at The Stevens Home in Brunswick and then the Freeport Nursing Home in Freeport.
She was predeceased by her husband Daniel in 1980.
Surviving are two daughters, Doris Ferullo and her husband Robert J. of Middleton, Mass., and Barbara Page and her husband David S. of Brunswick; a sister, Demetra (Julie) Hamson of Beverly, Mass.; four grandchildren, RJ Ferullo and his wife Megan Cannon, Lauren Ferullo, Matthew Page and his wife Maureen Shannon-Page, Diana Page and her husband Michael Shea.
Visiting hours will be held Jan. 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot St., Beverly, Mass. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
