There are hundreds of historic photos at the local historical society in Windham. The one shown here is of a Mr. Wilson’s arrival for a Friday night visit at a neighbor’s on Little Sebago Lake. It was 1904 and the term horsepower really meant something! The Windham Historical Society, 234 Windham Center Road, is open to the public Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through the summer and early fall. Stop in and see what your past was like! Photo courtesy of Windham Historical Society
