Naples Public Library invites you to celebrate its 100th birthday at a good ol’-fashioned chicken barbecue on the Naples Village Green, Sunday, Aug. 26 from noon to 3 p.m.

Lake Region Catering will be providing a wonderful meal including chicken, beans, corn-on-the-cob and lemonade. We will be entertained by Doc’s Banjo Band at the Gazebo from 1-3 p.m.

Games, popcorn, cotton-candy, birthday cake and ice cream may be enjoyed by all. Tickets for the barbecue are $8 for adults and $5 for ages 12 and under and may be purchased at Naples Public Library. Come as you are, or join this Centennial Celebration in ol’-fashioned attire.
