College acceptance:
Jacob Wilson, of Winhdam has been accepted at Gannon University in Erie, Penn. And will begin classes in September. Wilson is the son of Sherryl and John Wilson and is a graduate of Westbrook High School. He was a member of the Spanish Club and was a two-time MVP and captain of the Westbrook swim team. He was also a two-time swimmer in the Peaks to Portalnd swim and competed in cross-country.
