MacKinnon: John MacKinnon was unanimously reelected as Chairman of the Windham town council last Tuesday while Bob Muir and Elizabeth Wisecup swapped positions. Wisecup is now the vice chairwoman and Muir is the parliamentarian that makes sure the meetings rules are followed.
