Derek W. Vessey, 19, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Cape Elizabeth on May 8, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Jesse M. Ellison, 25, of Portland was found guilty on driving to endanger in Scarborough on March 4, 2007 and was fined $575.

Robert T. Moore, 36, of Kennebunk was found guilty on a charge of failure to register vehicle in South Portland on Feb. 1, 2007 and was fined $100.

Patrick W. Myles, 24, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of unlawful use of license in Gorham on March 13, 2007 and was fined $100.

Peter Skowron, 27, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on March 25, 2007 and was fined $575.

Maria Wong, 41, of Scarborough paid by waiver a fine of $250 for passing a stopped school bus in Portland on April 4, 2007.

May 14

Michael C. Babine, 21, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in Westbrook on March 14, 2007 and was fined $2,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.

Gloria Brosseau, 33, of South Portland paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on Dec. 21, 2006.

Kenneth Bunker, 30, of Sanford was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on Jan. 24, 2007 and was fined $750 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Alyson N. DiPrete, 19, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Jan. 28, 2007 and was fined $250.

Joseph W. Flint, 21, of West Cape May, N.J., paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in Scarborough on March 28, 2007.

Antonio Francisco, 21, of South Portland paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in South Portland on April 3, 2007.

Corey Gowler, 33, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Feb. 12, 2007 and was fined $250.

David R. Hatch, 60, of Salem, N.H., paid by waiver a fine of $100 for Rule violation, operating without medical certificate in Scarborough on April 23, 2007.

James E. Howard, 30, of Portsmouth, N.H., was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of refusing to sign summons and was fined $100.

Lisa M. Mitchell, 37, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in Scarborough on June 13, 2006 and was fined $300 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 20 days.

Benjamin Whitehead, 23, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Scarborough on Dec. 10, 2006 and was fined $300.

May 17

Travis Gallant, 18, of South Portland requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license in Scarborough on March 21, 2007.

Brian Goering, 32, of South Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on March 22, 2007.

Richard D. McAlister Jr., 47, of Millinocket requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI and violating condition of release in Scarborough on May 6, 2007.

James A. Bellino, 52, of South Portland requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on March 26, 2007.

Steven A. Gonzalez, 42, of Biddeford requested a jury trial on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI in Scarborough on May 11, 2007.

Matthew Guimond, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI in Scarborough on April 1, 2007 and was fined $250, He was found guilty on a charge of failure to register vehicle and was fined $100. A charge of unlawful use of license was dismissed.

Nathan J. Hunter, 19, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Scarborough on March 14, 2007 and was fined $200.

David Lequang, 24, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit in Scarborough on April 1, 2007 and was fined $500.

Joshua P. Mooers, 28, of Whitefield requested a jury trial on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on March 11, 2007.

Justin D. Reed, 22, of Bowdoin was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Scarborough on April 1, 2007 and was fined $150.

Ryan A. Wescott, 24, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on March 23, 2007 and was fined $250. A charge of operating after registration was suspended was dismissed.

Marc S. Wotton, 47, of Monticello had a charge of Rule Violation, operating after disqualified in South Portland on March 11, 2007 dismissed.

Christopher Douglas, 34, of Lewiston was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on May 19, 2007 and was fined $400. A second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.

Kelly J. Gallagher, 45, of South Portland had a filing without conditions on a charge of operating vehicle without a license in South Portland on Feb . 9, 2007.

Devin P. Mitchell, 43, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Portland on April 1, 2007 and was fined $150.

Robert Mosley, 60, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Westbrook on April 1, 2007 and was fined $300.

Nelson, 20, of Augusta was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked-OUI in South Portland on March 26, 2007 and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for one year. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three days.

Travis A. Gallant, 18, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of obstructing government administration in South Portland on April 6, 2007 and was fined $140.

Andrew Gibson, 18, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon on April 6, 2007 and was fined $350.

Joseph Kelley, 82, of Scarborough requested a jury trial on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on April 18, 2007.

Ronald W. Kelton, 19, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on Jan. 20, 2007 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of operating a vehicle without a license was dismissed.

Peau Khan, 25, of South Portland had a charge of failing to report in Portland on Jan. 24, 2007 dismissed. A charge of violating condition of release was also dismissed.

A charge of loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle was dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Scarborough on Feb. 23, 2007 and was fined $200.

Mekoba Kyron Rowlett, 27, of Nashua, N.H., was found guilty on a charge of Rule Violation, operating without medical certificate in Scarborough on March 26, 2007 and was fined $100.

William C. Taylor, 22, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on charges of operating vehicle without a license and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth in Scarborough on April 10, 2007 and was fined $150 on each charge.

William Joseph Walker, 24, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Scarborough on April 7, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days. Wilmont Richardson Southworth, III, 30, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of failing to comply sex offender Reg. Act., 1st offense in Scarborough on Dec. 29, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days.

Justin D. Spearin, 25, of Scarborough was found guilty on two charges of violating condition of release in Scarborough on June 1, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours on each charge.

Jaime Ruiz Torres, 46, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 2, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

James Archibald, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on May 5, 2007 and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Sasha C. Bridger, 18 was found guilty on a charge of a minor consuming liquor in Cape Elizabeth on Mar. 17, 2007 and was fined $200.

Leah Cheney, 23, of South Portland had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Feb .4, 2007 dismissed.

Samuel Shirvanyan, 41, of Glendale, Calif. was found guilty on a charge of Rule Violation, operation with false duty in Scarborough on Aug. 9, 2006 and was fined $500. A second charge of Rule Violation, operation with false duty was dismissed.

Courtney L. Stover, 19, of Boothbay was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Cape Elizabeth on Mar. 11, 2007 and was fined $300.

Amanda K. Sutherland, 19, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Cape Elizabeth on Mar. 13, 2007 and was fined $200. she was also found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300.

Mark Tenneson, 46, of Livermore had charges of criminal trespass and violating condition of release in South Portland on Dec. 29, 2006 both dismissed. A charge of criminal trespass in Cumberland on Oct. 13, 2006 was also dismissed.

Jamie Thorne, 19, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in Cape Elizabeth on Apr. 23, 2007 and was fined $200.

Jeanne Tolin, 34, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Cumberland on July 12, 2006 and was fined $250. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on Apr. 13, 2007 was dismissed.
