Derek W. Vessey, 19, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release in Cape Elizabeth on May 8, 2007 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Michael C. Babine, 21, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in Westbrook on March 14, 2007 and was fined $2,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
