THe MDT Family Fun 5K Walk & Run will take place Saturday, June 2, at 9 a.m. The registration cost per family (four or more immediate family members)is $25. The cost per single entry is $7. If you want to pre-register: Mail registration form and entry fee to the event organizers at Standish Recreation, 175 Northeast Road, Standish, ME 04084.

Registration on the day of the event will take place from 8 to 8:45 a.m. near the start line at Otter Ponds YMCA Camp. The race start time is 9 a.m. at Otter Ponds YMCA Camp on Route 35 in Sebago Lake Village. The event ends at Shaw Park in Gorham. Transportation is provided back to Otter Ponds.

T-Shirts wil be awarded to the first 50 pre-registered entrants. (T-Shirt sizes may be limited so pre-register early for best selection.) Ribbons will be awarded to all participants and there will be

trophies to the overall male and female winners as well as to the top male and female finishers in the following age categories: 8-and-under, 9-11, 12-14,15-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-and-over.
