Stephanie Bailey, of Windham, has been promoted to customer service representative at the South Portland branch of Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution.

Bailey, who joined the bank in 2002, has been head teller at the branch since 2004. A graduate of Windham High School, she attended Andover College in Portland.

Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution, established in 1827, is Maine’s oldest bank and has offices in Saco, Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough and South Portland.
