The Windham Democratic Town Committee will hold its Windham Democratic Biennial Caucus on Sunday, Feb. 26 from 2-4 p.m. at the Windham Council Chambers, Town Hall, 8 School Road.

Registered Democrats will be elected as delegates and alternates to the State Convention, along with County Committee members and the nomination of election clerks. New Democrats may be enrolled from 1:30- 2 p.m. prior to the Caucus. The Municipal bylaws will be reaffirmed or amended.
