Chevy 1 and Chevy 2 (same cutline works for both)

A blast from the past hit the streets of Westbrook on Friday afternoon. The “’57 Cruisers” were out in their vintage 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Aire, crusing with the top down. The driver of the car, which was getting appreciative stares where it went, Hope King of Gorham said she is the car’s original owner and it has just under 70,000 miles on it. Joining King on her cruise back in time were Carol Saunders of Windham (front seat), Elaine Mercier of Saco (rear right), Terry Welch of Westbrook (rear middle) and Julie Mayo of Gorham (rear left).
