Two people were sent to the hospital Tuesday morning when a car failed to stop in time and ran into the back of one car, sending it bumping into a third while they were sitting at a red light on Route 1 in Scarborough. Scarborough Police said that one person was sent to the hospital because of neck pain and a second with a bloody lip and swollen nose.
