April Archer, 38, of Westbrook had a charge of violating condition of release in Windham of July 28, 2004, dismissed.
Brian J. Armstrong, 21, of Raymond had the following charges dismissed: operating under the influence, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, carrying concealed weapon, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and driving to endanger in Westbrook on Sept. 17, 2004. He was found guilty on a second charge of driving to endanger and was fined $1,000 and had license suspended for 30 days.
Paula Barker, 33, of Westbrook was found guilty on the following charges in Portland on Dec. 22, 2003: two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and three charges of negotiating a worthless instrument and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days, all suspended, given probation of one year, restitution of $997. She had a charge of acquiring drugs by deception in Portland on July 22, 2004, dismissed. She was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Aug. 4, 2004, and was fined $100. She was found guilty on a charge of acquiring drugs by deception and was fined $200.
Brent N. Berry, 22, of Westbrook had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Westbrook on Aug. 5, 2004, dismissed.
Serge Berube, 26, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of drinking in public in Gorham on July 9, 2004, and was fined $100. He was also found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass and was fined $100. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.
Donald Bolduc, 25, of Chelsea was found guilty on a charge of failing to register or update information in Westbrook on Aug. 3, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.
Charles H. Brant III, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on June 22, 2004, and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days. A charge of habitual motor vehicle offender was dismissed.
Randall P. Breton, 21, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Aug. 10, 2004, and was fined $350 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days. A second charge of unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed. He was found guilty on a charge of forgery in Portland on Aug. 10, 2005, and was fined $350 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days.
Kevin Broad, 38, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender and reckless conduct in Portland on Feb. 3, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 80 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution of $250 on each charge.
Tammy D. Broad, 27, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release in Portland on June 30, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, restitution $501.25. A charge of burglary of a motor vehicle was dismissed.
Tammiann Brown, 34, of Manchester, N.H., had a charge of attaching false plates in Westbrook on Aug. 1, 2004, dismissed.
Wade R. Brown, 45, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in Gorham on Sept. 14, 2004, and was fined $500. Charges of criminal threatening and assault were dismissed.
Travas Collins, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on two charges of operating after habitual offender revocation – prior in Westbrook on July 16, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge.
Trevor Crommett, 21, of Gorham was found guilty on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief in Gorham on Oct. 18, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days on each charge. Charges of burglary and burglary of a motor vehicle were dismissed. He was also found guilty on two charges of criminal trespass in Casco on Jan. 24, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 45 days, restitution $1,575 on each charge. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
Keith M. Dubois, 31, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in South Portland on Aug. 6, 2004, and was fined $500. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Eric R. Ellis, 53, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on Aug. 8, 2004, and was fined $400 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Gregory Erskine, 52, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of murder and violating condition of release on May 13, 2004.
Steven Matthew Fogg, 31, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Gorham on Aug. 21, 2004, and was fined $300. He was also found guilty on a charge of obstructing report of crime and was fined $300, restitution $127.25. A charge of assault was dismissed.
Peter C. Fournier, 47, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of assault in Gorham on Aug. 14, 2004, and was fined $500.
John Greenlaw, 30, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on Aug. 27, 2004, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Dana E. Hicks, 46, of Westbrook had a charge of assault in Westbrook on Aug. 1, 2004, dismissed.
Robert S. Higgins, 26, of Buxton had a charge of assault in Portland on July 29, 2004, dismissed.
William E. Holmes, 29, of Gorham had a charge of violating protective order in Portland on July 2, 2004, dismissed.
Richard James, 51, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception in Westbrook on July 14, 2004, and was fined $100, restitution $150.
Ralph Johnson, 57, of Gorham violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on March 9, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 27 days and probation revoked.
Kathleen A. Johnston, 51, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating beyond license restriction in Windham on Mar. 30, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.
Benton Leeman, 36, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening in Windham on July 4, 2004, and was fined $500. A charge of terrorizing was dismissed.
Christina Lestage, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 13, 2004, and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on July 9, 2004, was dismissed. She was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Windham on July 9, 2004, and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six days.
Terrence Libbey, 22, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and theft by unauthorized use of property in Westbrook on April 26, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 105 days and probation partially revoked on each charge. He violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence and operating after suspension in Westbrook on Aug. 6, 2003 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 75 days and probation partially revoked.
John McKenna, 42, of Weymouth, Mass., was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on July 25, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
Donald Turner, 34, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Portland on March 21, 2004, and sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years, all but 30 days suspended and given probation of two years, restitution $1,101.77. He was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on March 21, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. A second charge of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer were dismissed.
Christina Valliere, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct in Portland on April 5, 2004, and was fined $150 on each charge.
