“Hear Our Stories, Know our Names,” held May 15 at 4 p.m. at the North Windham Union Church on Route 302, is a real-life presentation by the homeless in our state. All the cast members are telling their true stories of what it means to be poor and homeless in Maine.
This program has received standing ovations and strong media coverage. When people stay long after the program to ask questions, share their heart-felt stories, and offer support, it’s evident that the drama has touched the audience. There is no charge, but a free will offering will be received.
