Faces of Retirement is a new series of articles featuring profiles of senior citizens in the Lakes Region, and their life in retirement. More than half of all retirees continue to work, part time and full time, and some of them change their careers entirely. There are some who leave the workplace, never to return and instead, spend their retirement traveling or in volunteer work. We hope to examine all the Faces of Retirement, authored by Windham native and senior activist Kay Soldier. Watch for these profiles in this newspaper, along with other new features for senior citizens and their families. Readers’ suggestions and comments are encouraged (892-1166).
