Corey G. Faulkner, 19, of Halidon Road, Westbrook, was arrested on Cardinal Lane on charges of possession of a suspended license and possession of Schedule W drugs (heroin), a warrant charging failing to appear for theft and a warrant charging failing to appear for criminal speed.
