On Saturday, March 27, Scarborough will host its 12th annual Habitat for Humanity Spring Walk, starting at the First Congregational Church, 162 Black Point Road, at 8:30 a.m. (Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.)

The 8.5-mile walk goes from the church to the Black Point Inn and back. Last year, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland reported over $60,000 raised in area walks, with the Scarborough walk contributing approximately $6,200.
