Navy Seaman Andrew J. Libby, son of Edward and Teresa Libby of Scarborough, has completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. He is currently in California training to be in the Seabees. Libby is a 2004 graduate of Scarborough High School.
