I believe public
service starts with listening to people, understanding what they need, and then getting
to work. During my first term, I’ve worked hard to stay connected to the people I
represent and bring their voices with me to Augusta. I’m asking for another term so we
can keep moving forward together.

What is one way Maine is on the right track? We need to keep working together on practical solutions that strengthen our
communities and make Maine a place where families, young people and businesses
can succeed.

As one of several dozen legislators in your chamber, how would you make a measurable difference for your constituents?

I bring the perspective of a mother, immigrant, small business owner, tax professional
and local elected official. I understand how decisions made in Augusta affect families,
businesses and municipalities because I see those impacts firsthand. Most importantly, I
listen. I’m willing to work with people across differences, ask difficult questions and stay
focused on practical solutions for the people I represent.

Surveys show the economy is the top concern of voters.
