Previous Offices Held

I ran for the Maine House, District 134, in 2022 and the U.S. House of Representatives in 2024. I have not held any elected office. My won and lost record is 0-2.

Top Three Priorities

The number one priority is the economy which encompasses several key issues like affordability, housing, good paying jobs and Maine’s business environment. Fixing our legal immigration system is my second priority, and improving law and order and the adherence to the Rule of Law is the third.

Why are you running?

I am running to ensure the voters of Maine’s 1st Congressional District are best represented in Washington, D.C. I will listen to their issues and concerns, and I will do what I can to solve any problems they are facing. If I do not agree that what they desire is best for Maine and for the nation, I will provide leadership to get us in the best position to move Maine and the United States forward.

If elected, how would you work with the Trump administration to deliver results for Maine? How would you push back?

Of course I will work with the Trump Administration to deliver the best results for Maine. I would push back if I didn’t think that what was being proposed was helping by proposing alternatives.

Due in large part to partisan gridlock, Congress has become historically unproductive. Given the lack of laws being passed, how would you deliver results for your constituents?

I will do my best to work across the aisle to deliver the best solutions to any problems. I have said before that any legislation passed along party lines is bad legislation because 50% of the population has been ignored. I am dedicated to fixing that problem.

Many experts agree that over the past few decades, Congress has steadily lost power to the executive branch. Is this an acceptable trend? If not, what would you do to reverse it?

This is not an acceptable trend. Our founding documents set up a system of checks and balances that is genius. Congress needs to reclaim its duties as outlined in the Constitution so that the government functions as it was intended by our founders.
