Top Three Priorities

Work to resolve the healthcare crisis, eliminate the fraud and wasteful spending get Maine people back in the workforce rather than living on MaineCare.

Why are you running?

I am seeking election because Maine is presently unsustainable and I am concerned for the future generations who will inherit a failing Maine.

What is one way Maine is on the right track? What is one way the state is on the wrong track?

Rural Maine is relatively conservative and is having a greater political influence. If Maine continues to promote socialism, it will bankrupt the working people by taking ever greater percentages of their income to pay for too many who refuse to work.

As one of several dozen legislators in your chamber, how would you make a measurable difference for your constituents?

As a member of the Health and Human Services Committee I will seek solutions for the healthcare crisis brought on by underpaid healthcare workers and providers. Too many hospitals have closed due to inadequate funding caused by the insufficient reimbursement they receive from MaineCare.

Surveys show the economy is the top concern of voters. What is a specific proposal addressing Maine voters’ economic anxieties that you’d work to make law?

The high electricity rates are caused by legislation which prioritized expensive “green energy” generation. This must be dialed back because many Mainers can’t afford to pay more per kilowatt for supposedly green energy that is also subsidized by their excessively high taxes.
