FALMOUTH — The town has released a request for proposals for a concept plan to develop the Route 1 North area.

The area is from the Maine Turnpike Spur north to the Cumberland town line. Proposals should include a clear vision for the area, according to the request, as well as infrastructure investments.

All responses must be received by Thursday, Sept. 29 by 11 a.m. The town will likely review the submissions in early October.
