A teenager from Bangor died Saturday in an ATV crash in Presque Isle.

The 15-year-old boy was driving near the back of a group of ATVs on the Cross Road trail around 4:45 p.m. when his ATV rolled over and struck him, according to the Maine Warden Service.

Emergency crews from Presque Isle performed CPR on the teen at the crash scene but were unable to revive him. The teen was wearing a helmet, officials said.

Officials have not released the teen’s name. The crash remains under investigation.
