Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company will collaborate with the New Gloucester Fire Department to promote fire safety within the community. On Saturday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the company will offer delivery services within New Gloucester, with Fire Department volunteers serving as delivery drivers.
Delivery service will be available exclusively within the town of New Gloucester. To place a delivery order, call 207-926-8186. Online ordering for these deliveries will not be available.
Upon delivery, Fire Department volunteers will check residents’ smoke alarms and provide guidance on necessary next steps to ensure optimal safety.
Brickyard Hollow will donate 40% of all sales – dine-in, takeout and delivery orders – on March 15 to support the New Gloucester Fire Department and its vital services.
This initiative underscores Brickyard Hollow’s commitment to the safety and well-being of the New Gloucester community, according to a company press release. By partnering with the local Fire Department, the company aims to raise awareness about the importance of functional smoke alarms and fire preparedness.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
