A 25-year-old woman who had been missing since Monday was found safe Friday night, Portland police said.

Hannah Chalou-Tardiff had last spoken to family on Sept. 28 and was last seen at the Homeless Services Center on Sept. 30, the police department said on social media Friday night.

A department spokesperson confirmed Saturday that Chalou-Tardiff was found alive.
