Mainer Don Campbell has been singing with his golden pipes for decades, and here’s a chance to see him live with Tom Yoder on fiddle and mandolin and Mike Wormwood on bass. Portland Symphony Orchestra presents a pair of performances featuring two-time Grammy-nominated violinist Jennifer Frautschi. PSO music director Eckart Preu will lead the orchestra through a program that includes Golijov’s “Sidereus,” Stravinsky’s “The Rite of Spring” and Mendelssohn’s “Violin Concerto in E Minor.”
